The room was decent with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for tea. We had a private bathroom that was ok, but the shower pressure was really good. Plus, there were towels and free toiletries. The location was super convenient, close to shops and restaurants, making everything easy to access.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the trips to the St Beatus Caves. The hotel staff was accommodating, especially with our two babies.
My kids wished the hotel had a playground for them to enjoy. It would have made our family experience much better.

Staying at Toscana was a mixed bag. The spacious Standard Triple Room with Balcony offered great views of the park, which was lovely every morning. The flat-screen TV had an impressive selection of channels, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Free Wi-Fi worked well, keeping me connected. However, the noise from nearby restaurants was quite bothersome during the night, making it hard to sleep. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, surrounded by many dining options. While the staff were generally efficient in assisting with my needs, the noise issue needs addressing for a more restful experience. Overall, the hotel has potential but definitely needs to improve on noise control.
